Casio EX-FH25

The Casio Exilim FH25 is a full-featured, mega-zoom camera that is equipped with a set of features that is unmatched by any other consumer camera, but lacks in overall image quality.

Vast Zoom Range covers: 26-520mm (35mm equivalent) ; Best Shot modes specifically for HS stills and video ; Up to 40fps stills @ 9-Megapixels ; Up to 1000fps video capture: 120fps @ 640x480 ; 3.0-inch LCD screen ; Powerful built-in flash unit

Tricky to match shooting modes with BS modes ; Image quality is lacking ; Slow startup

Casio Exilim EX-FH25

The sensors in these cameras are considerably smaller than you will find in a DSLR or mirrorless interchangeable lens model. One of the advantages of a smaller sensor is that, compared to an SLR, you need a physically much smaller lens. As you can see...

Casio EX-FH25 Review

Quote from review: “The Casio EX-FH25 is a super-zoom camera with a difference - its high-speed capabilities mean that it can take 30 still photos every second and even shoot 1,000fps video footage. The 10 megapixel EX-FH25 has a 20x lens with a focal...

Nice upgrade from past Exilim

Nice upgrade from past Exilim

Six years ago in Spain I saw a guy taking 640x480 video on a credit card size camera. I was blown away and shortly got my first Exilim. Now my Android phone takes incredible pictures and 720p video and I have a 1080p pocket video Samsung with stereo...

Great Features

I bought this camera for the slo-mo capability. It does this surprisingly well, albeit with a low resolution at the highest fps, which is to be expected at this price point. Overall a great little camera!

Slow motion and High Def video capability. Easy to use. Large LCD screen

Short battery life. Sparse instruction manual

All I expected

All in all it's a pretty good deal for the money. I like the fact that it records pretty good video and will shoot multiple stills in one press of the shutter button.

Immense amount of storage. I put a 16GB SDHC card in it. It will store over 5000 low resolution pictures on that card. Stores nearly 3000 high resolution cards. Color is good. I can shoot all week and not have to offload pictures. Makes my old Olympus...

Couldn't find a way to control white balance, but maybe it's my inexperience with this camera. High speed (1000fps) video recording lacks resolution, but I expected that

The underdog of camera manufacturers continues to impress

Great camera from an underrated company. Slickdeals briefly had this camera up for 250, so I scored it through them (sorry Amazon).

Great camera from an underrated company. Slickdeals briefly had this camera up for 250, so I scored it through them (sorry Amazon). Pros: - Amazing set of features that rival many DSLRs. - Powerful flash! I've got some great pics of 20 people on a...

Better Than Similar Canon Megazoom

I am a non-novice, non-expert Grampa who takes thousands of pictures and videos of his grandchildren. I have had the Canon SX2 IS (12x optical) and upgraded to the Canon SX10 IS (20x optical). Both are great cameras with great quality pictures. But...

Overall--good

The limited zoom was a disapointment. I'm interested is animals in motion, having a limited field to catch the motion is not great for me. The high speed options are great, the stabilization is good, photo quality is good. For looking at a kids...
