We're actually struggling to think of anything bad about the 10-megapixel zooming behemoth that is the Fujifilm FinePix S8100fd. It's a versatile and reliable camera that gets looks, features, image quality and controls right

Reasonably priced. 18X zoom. Wide-angle lens. Super Macro mode.

Autofocus is slow, especially at maximum zoom. Flash shots are overexposed. Dual image stabilization creates blurry images. Noise is apparent in images above ISO 400.

The S8100fd's price is in line with that of other superzoom models, but its image quality and features come up a bit short.
