The Stylus Tough 6020 offers some great features for those looking for a "lifeproof" digicams as well as captures very nice 14-megapixel photos. However, its short comings (e.g. very slow performance) make it difficult for use to recommend this one....

Olympus Tough 6020 First Impressions Camera Review

Front On the front of the Tough 6020 you can see the flash, the small AF assist light and the cover that slides down to protect the lens when the camera is not in use.

The Olympus Stylus Tough 6020 is a tough, smart looking camera that shoots high resolution 14 megapixel images and can take high definition 720p video. This would make it appealing to the adventurous shooter that wants a camera that is tough enough to...

Review: Olympus Stylus Tough-6020 digital camera

Olympus' Stylus Tough-6020 is pretty much what you would expect from the name: a tough digital camera. It's designed to handle the situations that would destroy a standard point-and-shoot… not necessarily "extreme situations" but ones you might...

Lousy camera!

Not worth the effort.

There are no pros

We took this on a camping trip. By the time we realized it didn't work, it was too late to do anything about it. I agree, it's tough but it doesn't help if it never works. We liked our prior Olympus, because it was tough too, but in retrospect we realize

Olympus Stylus Tough 6020 Digital Camera (Green)

takes great pics but can be blurry-Undestrustable

This is a great camera which is basic the strongest camera around. It takes great photos, but can be blurry at times. This thing is small but packs 14mp. It's display is superb. It is also waterproof. I have had almost no issues whatsoever.

Great pics, almost undestrutable, waterproof, great display, many colors, high megapixel count, small, portable

some blurry pics, some other small issues

Great pictures, but won't last a minute in the water!!

Functionality wise, very slow... takes forever for things to load. Pictures look great when they're taking. Shutter speed is slower than life!... I don't know but I don't really think this camera is waterproof at all; maybe water resistant.. and I did...

Panoramic pictures are absolutely wonderful, the landscape/beach pictures are absolutely gorgeous

Pictures of people were somewhat fuzzy. I brought it to my trip to Jamaica and when I started taking pictures in the pool, it didn't turn on... it hasn't turned on since. (the battery compartment was locked)

Solid Camera

I purchased the camera to take kayaking but I have used it for more than that purpose. During inclement weather and on hikes the camera has performed well and really shines in this environment. It has fallen in the mud and still keeps going. The...

Rugged ; waterproof to 15ft ; shock proof from 5ft drop

slow start up and between shots ; strong flash

Ok picture quality but to slow and poor focus

Glad that the company paid for this and I can use the experience when purchasing my own.

Tough, solid and good battery life

Sow slow slow...from start up to changing modes. We have 3 we use for recording history. The image stabilizer on all three warns of excessive camera shake even if sitting on a desk. Buttons change modes due to poor position. Re-grib to zoom
