Actually If bestbuy change this product for me I will appreciate. Anyways, the adjustable inside is comfortable, there is no zipper for closing the bag. If you want to put something other than lens or the camera it can easily fall down from the sides...

Fit way more than you expect. Have all of our electrical cords and cameras in it. Fits a GoPro, Canon t2i, and Flip with supporting equipment nicely. Enjoy
