Nikon COOLPIX S80 -

The 14.1-megapixel Touch Control Nikon COOLPIX S80 comes with an array of high-end features including a 5x Wide Zoom-NIKKOR ED glass lens, HD (720p) stereo sound movie recording, up to ISO 6400 and a 3.5-inch OLED display. Throw in an impossibly slim...

The Nikon COOLPIX S80 is a 14 Megapixel compact with a 3.5 inch OLED touch-screen and a 5x optical zoom lens. A slim tablet-style design with a sliding front panel, it bears a striking resemblance to Sony's Cyber-shot TX9, except that the front panel...

Big, bright, contrasty OLED screen ; Compact, stylish and functional design ; No physical controls ; Simple on-screen controls

Poor battery performance ; Modest 35mm maximum wide angle ; Modest 7cm macro distance ; Poor continuous shooting performance

The Nikon COOLPIX S80 marks an interesting move by Nikon to gain an edge in the touch screen market. Rather than pack the S80 with features and options Nikon has opted for style and simplicity. There's no question that the S80 is a beautifully designed...

Great camera, good quality, nice touch screen.

This camera is clearly one of there best I have seen. It makes for a great first camera, or an addition to your collection. Its unique design lets it stand out and the HD video recording and playback straight to your television (cables included) is...

I like the HD video recording, the modern and unique design, and the photo editing you can do right from the camera (including a MS paint style program)and nice zoom feature

Fingerprints and smudges appear on the screen immediately

The Nikon S80 is a great camera, easy to use.

If you want a great camera, shop around and check them all out. That's what I did.

The small light weight size makes it easy to take anywhere! Fast and the touchscreen is bright and has good color. The only bad pictures I have taken has been operator error

So far I have not found any cons. First I thought it would be the price $249 but I got mine @ fry's for $179.99, they matched the price from a dealer on the internet

great photos

Small, compact and slim. Overall a great camera. The quality of the the shots are great. You do have to set the unit up for your personal preferences or it can be a bit hard to use. Fingers can get in the way of the photos.

many cool features on the camera. ease of use with the touch screen. also great editing features built rite in

Touchy screen can cause photo to be taken prematurly. You can disable this function

Not one clear pic in my album... disappointing

disappointing, i took back once and got another one same model thinking the first one was faulty, and the same thing kept happening, i wish someone else would review this product so i can get a different perspective.

the onyl reason i gave it 1.5 stars is because its very chic, great colors and cute camera, but thats about it

finger constantly gets into flash, pics taken accidentally because of touch screen, all pics either are over exposed, blurry, have spots
