Olympus Stylus 1020 Review

With a 7x zoom, the 10 megapixel Olympus Stylus 1020 packs a long-reach punch not seen in many ultracompacts.

Overall I think the Olympus Stylus 1020 performed quite well, producing some great snapshots with little or no effort. The SteadyShot shake reduction feature on this camera worked very well, helping those shoot from the hip at any moment shots turn out...

Overall, operating the Mju 1020 is delightfully straightforward (particularly if you have smaller hands) meaning that taking, reviewing, sorting, editing and deleting photos is a breeze, as too is selecting and using the various modes available.

Olympus Stylus 1020

Purchased online sight-unseen. Was shocked at how small this camera is. Online reviewers keep comparing it to much larger cameras. Am totally blown-away by the superb images... under practically any lighting condition. Have never seen a tiny camera...

It is so small, it's hard to hold when shooting vertical. The lens doesn't 'flow' across it's zoom range... it seems to 'jump' instead
