An amazing camera in an out of the water!!!!!!

The pictures underwater are really clear and sharp. Also out of the water. The best photos are when you are outside, and it's bright out. But inside is good too. I also like how it can fit into your pocket and it's not all big and bulky

After you take a video, when you watch it on the camera, there is no sound. But then, once you download it on the computer there is sound

Poor picture quality, shaky, esp bad indoors

 

i didnt have this cam long b/c i returned it. i used it at our school talent show; w/ no flash its very shaky on auto mode, but w/ flash its not shaky but still pretty dark. i nvr tested the waterproof quality tho so idk how it went. ... Expand full...

recreational camera, good pictures in adverse conditions

 

i also carried this camera in costa rica, and i have to say, i dont have any of the problems the low rating reviewers have except for, after 6 months use, battery only holding charge for less than an hour. so im on here shopping for a new battery....

Do not buy this camera

 

My son and I both bought Olympus so called waterproof cameras and both leaked within the first year. Mine started working again once it dried out so I cleaned the seals and went on holiday to Cuba. During the trip it leaked again and now it is dead....

I ordered two of these for ourselves and some friends before we went to Mexico on a snorkeling and diving trip. Both were pieces of junk. The door to get into the battery/memory card area are impossible to open. We had to use a screwdriver to get it...
