Olympus T-100

I bought the T100 with the ib software for my Mom as a Christmas gift this past yr (2010). Mom had me take the software home to my computer to use because it was too difficult for her to use. I can see why!!!!! I have been trying for the past several months and it refuses to work. I have re-loaded, downloaded additional software and NOTHING will transfer pictures. I have even lost a good number of some priceless family photos and videos!

I ordered this for my nine year old son, thinking it was a good deal. It is a bad camera. He especially likes to take videos and you cannot play back your videos with sound. It is not listed in the description that there is no sound in playback mode....
