Good size, fine lens, fine colours and good price. I bought this device several days ago, already read a plenty of reviews. Some users are happy of using this camera as a second or third photocamera. :-) I don't share their opinions, probably because...

A problem of big power consumtion appeared. Fully charged baterries (1700mAh) got exhausted after 30-35 shots with flash. I found the description of this problem at russian pentax club forum - warranty repair probably is needed, or problem with...

Pentax Optio 60

Bought this camera several days ago. Pros: - excellent quality of the image (colors, sharpness, details) - ease of use - excellent LCD screen - nice viewfinder

Cons ; huge CA in contrast areas ; the darn thing does not focus in low light, even if it is not that low ; That last thing was the killer for me - I returned the camera after several days of fight with focus indoor

Owners Opinion: Pentax Optio 60 (Graeme Mac, 21 Nov 05)

I have had the Optio 60 for around 6 weeks, it is the sixth digital that I have used enough to be reasonably familiar with. I use it for family photos and work - documenting prototypes, tests procedures, assemblies, web photos etc. I need to be able...

There seems to be quite a lot of compression noise - but probably no worse than ; other low cost digitals. I set it on ISO 64 in the hope that this will cut down the ; noise - I have not done test shots to see if this makes a difference ; High and...

This is terrible

Let me start off by saying that this is my bosses camera, not mine. What I am about to tell you is what I learned in the 30 minutes I used it.

Let me start off by saying that this is my bosses camera, not mine. What I am about to tell you is what I learned in the 30 minutes I used it. Battery Life: DOA. The batteries are completely drained after the 30 minutes. Ease of Use: It took me about...

Great Lens

I bought this lens when I bought my new Pentax K-7 back in Nov.2009. Best choice I've ever made. I also have the 16-50 DA* so between these 2 lens I can cover a wide range of photo shoots. The 60-250 is the lens I grab the most. It's pretty compact and...

Very sharp images. Great all weather performer
