Great for off camera flash.

Use this extension cord to improve 'modeling flash', in portraits. Hold the flash unit, at about arms length, slightly above the subject (look out for shadowing hat brims though!); with a little practice you will get super results! Using this...

Too short

1m isn't worth the effort - your arms are probably longer than 1m. Get the 3m cable which is less than 3 times the cost.
