Only 279€ in europe. This camera is now being sold in europe as a produkt from MEDION, MD7425. The manual is a bit small but the samsung manual is better and is available from Samsung.

This is my first digital camera and the only one I have ever used. I've had the camera for about 6 months now. Image quality is good, and the construction feels fairly sturdy. The camera is easy to use. Good $/Mp ratio. The worst thing about this...

The camera took a little hit once, it hit the door while hanging from my wrist. One of the battery connection plates apparently bent, and the camera wouldn't turn on. I managed to bend the plate back. No problems after or before that

Will take a 512 meg card. Easy to use. Can use underwater .

A little heavy. Only came with a 16 meg card

The camera has a solid feel, with many features you would have to spend much more money for (sound, motion video). 8x10's printed on plain paper are very good guality. On photo paper at 3 feet image quality is equal to a film print. A BEST Buy.

No problems. Manual is Metric, boo. And the explantions to a beginner photographer are probably useless. ie: ISO, etc

An excellent image quality with 3 possible resolutions and 3 possible JPEG compressions. On top of this, it is full of nice features such as sound recording (image anotation), video recording and the ability to turn the LCD off to save the battery. You...

It is a little slow when you turn the camera on before you can shoot (around 9 sec.) ; The camera does not memorize the flash setting: it is always on at turn on

An excellent camera for the everyday family with an allround use. The shoot to shoot time is not the fastes but it's fairly good. The picture quality is sharp and crisp in auto-setting's. The build is a bit cheap, but it seems to hold good. Allmost all...

Once in a while, the camera lock's up, when it's shut down and forced to be switched on againg real fast. Solution = batteries off, then on again ; Shoot to shoot time a bit slow ; Build is a bit cheap looking

Not the best, but cheap. Image quality was fairly good althouh it did lack the finesse of say the Casio 4m pixel or the Nikon 4500. Good value for money if you want something cheap and want to do A2 size prints.(Don't know why though) It uses normal AA...

The feel of the camers is extremely cheap, Zoom takes forever, Cannot grip it properly, zoom takes forever ; I said that twice, because it realy is awfull. I would rather save a bit more money for a real camera

I was very surprised and pleased with the picture quality of this digital camera - it is extremely good !! all the small details are mostly very clear visible too . I wonder if there's any camera available that has even better picture quality than...
