Samsung SC-D353 Digital Camcorder

Samsung has quite an impressive line of video cameras, everything from HI-8 to digital and from simple and inexpensive to feature packed with a price tag. Today we're taking a look at the SC-D353 digital camcorder. This camcorder comes with all the...

Small size ; Memory stick slot ; Up to 900x Digital Zoom ; Considerable number of features for a small size and price ; Great video quality

Should be able to do night vision

Overall I was very satisfied with the Samsung SC-D353 Digital Camcorder. It offers a very affordable way to capture those precious moments as well as having some great and very useful extra features built in. Some of the more professional features such...

Samsung lives up to its bad reputation...

I picked this camera up when it first came out, being told not to by some freinds who experienced poor quality from Samsung products prior to my purchase. I always figured Samsung was a decent brand, so I ignored the comments. One friend had told me...

SMall and light, good video quality with USB transfer

Short battery life (30min.), USB streaming rarely works, cheaply made, poor photo quality, blurry zoom

Biggest piece of garbage I have EVER purchased!!

While on a cruise to San Juan PR (Sept 05), our old camcorder had some problems. This resulted in our immediate need to purchase the SC-D353 from a local Radio Shack in San Juan. Things worked reasonably well at first and we were able to record most...

For the price......

Overall, I am very happy with this camcorder (paid 279.99 at Target AND got an $80 Target gift card). Of course the last camcorder I ever used was an old full size VHS monster, so I missed out on several generations of the technology and was a bit...

Very light weight. Decent video quality. Cheap

Don't waste your money

I bought this camcorder on black friday at bestbuy. ($187 after rebate) I learned two lessons, never buy a camcorder on black friday and never buy a camcorder from Bestbuy. I tried to like this camcorder, but the grainy video and the clunky zoom were...

Good camera for the bucks

I think for the money its a great little camera. Remember you get what you pay for and for 250 bucks your not going to get a studio grade camera. Great for around the house.

Good for outside shots, nice clean video

Low light video has noise but looks ok
