Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S50

The Sony Cybershot DSC-S50 is one of the best digital cameras in it's price range. It delivers good pictures quality with an easy, user friendly interface. I picked it up as soon as I got it, and within seconds I was taking pictures! The LCD is great,...

Good picture quality, battery life, MPEG movie mode

Included Memory Stick (4MB) is too small, especially when taking videos

Brilliant in its day, still not too bad

Lens threads accept filters, swivel LCD, "pro" camera shooting modes, long battery life.

A bit clunky. 2.1MP very adequate, but not as high as today's models.

Excellent LCD display, lots of features, well-designed

Obsolescence, photosensor noise, barrel distortion, bulky

The camera & software are very easy to use! Better than expected picture quality!
