Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX10 (Black)

The Cyber-shot DSC-WX10 is somewhat of an oddball camera in the current Cyber-shot lineup. It could almost be an enthusiast compact or at least it's as near to one than any other small Sony point-and-shoot. That's mainly because it has a 7x, f2.4-5.9,...

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX10 has lots of fun and useful shooting modes and fast shooting performance packed into a small body.

The WX10's photos are soft, smeary, and noisy when viewed at full size and its controls may be too small for some users.

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX10 has all the right features, but its photos aren't as sharp as the rest of the package.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX10

With a body measuring about the width and height of a stack of business cards, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX10 point-and-shoot camera ($280 as of May 4, 2011) packs a suprising amount of features into a slight frame. It offers not only (very limited)...

Creative shooting modes and 1080i, 60-fps video ; Ultraportable size with 7X-optical-zoom lens

Small and finicky control buttons ; Images lack sharpness

The ultracompact Cyber-shot WX10 packs a big punch--including a 7X zoom lens, 3D shooting, and smooth 1080i video--into a small package. Image quality could be better, but you'll still find a lot to like.

Although it shoots good-quality photos and videos, they're not amazing; the WX10 doesn't take the sharpest pictures, and its price is a bit high. But if you value genuine put-it-in-your-pocket portability as well as innovative in-camera extras, the...

"AWESOME!! Great little camera"

Great little value camera, especially if you want a slightly larger zoom without going a travel-zoom. Compliments my SLR well especially when I can't be lugging the big thing around. :)

- Compact

- Slight aberration in bright conditions

Perfect For Camera-Challenged Me!

I'm an occasional photographer, was looking for a camera that was easy to use and could take reasonably good pictures for sharing with family. This camera does everything I need it to do and alot that I will never either understand or need. The price...

Easy to use first time out of the box and with no experience

Many options/settings I will never use or need

No more blurry pictures

Maybe I didn't "need" a camera but was taking so many blurry pictures with my 6 year old Nikon. This camera had all the features on my list so I thought I'd give it a try. The pictures are great. I haven't figured out all of the settings yet but I...

Small, easy to work

Great camera! Always in my purse!

I wanted a camera so I could always snap pictures. I was unhappy with my old camera b/c I couldn't take clear pictures during school performances b/c of the lighting in auditoriums. That has changed with this camera! Beautiful pictures all the time!...

Beautiful pictures, easy to use
