Bought this as a gift for my low-tech-understanding grandmother - perfect! Being able to plug in an sd card with minimal setup makes this perfect for something I'll be maintaining infrequently.

There is no place to change the resolution as the instructions state. Poor English and difficult to follow any of the written instructions. Bad image. resolution too low for a 10.4\

I was excited to buy this never seen this thing before. went and charged it. directions were easy, downloaded some photos. but....all the images were spotty and poor quality. It looks like someone dropped it.

The price is quite high but the jpeg images are good; nonetheless, as concerns videos, the only format that I read successfully is avi with xvid and 4/3 (I'm getting used to encode videos with xvid4psp since it is free); mp4 did not work and mpeg2 far...

Anybody can let a bad one slip through the cracks. My bad rating is based on the fact that I couldn't get any help, and any attempt to contact the company just resulted in automated canned responses.

It is very Annoying has only one message that is repeated over and over by a very sensitive motion detector, people find it annoying also and have said many times that they would only buy it for a present to the person they hate the most.

Won't turn on unless connected to a power supply returned and exchanged for a second one and exactly the same will be returning for a refund, total rubbish don't waste your time with this.

Overall, the PF 507 is a largely uninspiring product that fails in most areas. Its low-resolution output, and lack of basic features like internal memory and a speaker means you should definitely stick to traditional photo frames for the time being

It didn't work with recent Windows update. It works with Windows 98 according to the box, which was failed to be mentioned in the description.
