Once I recieved my key chain, it worked and I loaded my pictures. However, the instructions clearly says charge it up to 4 hours before use. After the charge, my device didnt work. I called customer service and they said it takes up tp 4 to 6 weeks...

The loading of te pictures is real easy & they are nice & clear....I recomend this item to any one.....If you are ever in doubt, get a Coby Key Chain Picture File....

I gave this digital keychain to my friend who is serving overseas...HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! He had our pics on it as well as his wife(my best-friend) and his parents and other family. its a way to feel home when away from home.
