Received this digital picture frame as a gift, worked once and then the screen went bright white. No customer service to speak of. I don't see myself purchasing anything with the jwin brand.

Got this for a Christmas present. Lasted all of about 3 months. The picture just went white and would not show anything. Very disappointing. Picture was of poor quality when it was working.

This product runs an extremely poor quality firmware. The interface boots into a menu where you have to make a choice. In my opinion - if it's a photo frame it should be configurable so that when it boots it goes into a slide show. Very limited...

Does not work with SD Memory Card purchased seperately (along with USB adapter). Contradictory instructions: Page 18: Files may not be in JPEG format. this unit only uses JPEG Files. Geez....at least space the poor editing and QC by a few sentences or...
