Horrible firmware and wifi functionality make it not worth the $$

I'm returning this frame because the firmware is buggy and the wifi doesn't stay connected. Beyond that the picture is beautiful. You can spend much less for the same or better quality with products by other manufacturers.

Don't buy this frame!

Three months after I bought this frame, two days out of warranty, it died. I convinced their warranty department (apparently a separate company under contract) to exchange it for free anyway. I shipped it back (my expense), but 3 months later, no...

Buy an extended warranty!

Make sure you buy an extended warranty! Mine failed after 9 months. The warranty is only 90 days long, then you are on your own. Come to think of it, I was on my own when I tried to get it working right to begin with. I made several calls to the...

Love the Pandigital 15 inche Photo Frame

I love this 15-inch digital picture frame. I waited a long time for one to be available with hi-res. Does a great job on slide shows. Love the fact that it has a choice of two frames and it accepts all media types and has a USB port. The Remote...

Easy to use for a novice

I'm not going to go into all the technical details covered in other reviews, but I will try to cover some of the basics. First of all, what I like best about this frame over some of the others I've tested is that, as soon as you pop in a portable...

Works OK but next time I'll look for something better

First the good stuff: The photos are displayed in 1024x768 resolution on a 15" diagonal screen. The colors are great. The brightness is just fine. (AND both of these are adjustable - I was very happly with the defaults). The quality of my displayed...

Large screen but hard to see

This picture frame is very large and relatively easy to use. Pictures have good color and detail if the picture file is large. Small picture files can look pixellated. Pictures of 64 kb are small and grainy. Pictures of 3MB are sharp. Two problems....

Does not fully handle the jpeg standard.

Does not fully handle the jpeg standard.

I am a semi-pro photographer (meaning I display and sell photography, but have a "day job" as well), and I bought this as a handy tool to augment my "gallery" displays by showing work I don't have room to show in limited space, or don't have "in stock"...

This frame does not do what the manual and box says it will do. 15" has no calander-slideshow mode. Like the manual says. Also will not pause or go back or forward while in slideshow mode. If I press stop it will go to thumbnails with the first picture...

Bought the Pandigital 15" digital frame and thought it would be the greatest thing every, but quickly found out that if you look directly at it the picture looked alright. As soon as you moved 15 degrees at an angle, the picture would start to black...
