Smartparts digital picture frame - Mine died too

I bought a Smartparts digital picture frame (Model SP15MW) about 3 years ago, and it just "up and died" recently. No coustomer support. Bought from Blacks Photography in London Ontario. Out of warranty (of course!). I'd suggest avoiding this product line.

Big paper weight

I have a SmartParts SP102E as well. It's a nice frame, good quality, good features but just died one afternoon. SmartParts customer service is non-existent. I'd never buy another SmartParts product.

Nice looking frame, Resolution only problem

Just got this Digital Photo Frame. The frame looks very nice, the price is good, it is my first digital photo frame, the only disappointment is the resolution. I thought that the picture quality would be at least as good as they look on my seven year...
