This thing was dead on arrival. As soon as I plugged it in the screen flashed once and that's all it ever did. The "wood frame" is black plastic.

This is the easiest photo frame for loading pictures. I just download to a flash stick, then insert it in the back of the frame and voila,...done. Highly recommend this product.
