If I could do it over I'd buy a different frame

The built in memory is worthless. It freezes the whole frame up requiring you to reboot it. Buy a memory card. The alarm clock and mp3 player are barely audible. It does display pictures well off the card. But this one still has a ghost in the machine.

NOT mac compatible

So far, everything is fine when connected to my husband's PC. However, the frame is very much not workable on my Mac, which stores all our family photos. Disappointing, particularly when it specifically advertises being mac compatible.

Does not work with a Mac

This product does not work with a Mac. It is advertized that it does, but that is not true. I called TAO electronic. This is very frustrating.

The Best Mother's day Present Ever!

The Best Mother's day Present Ever!

I bought this digital frame for my wife for Christmas and she hasn't had a single negative comment about it. She says it's easy to use and she loves the look of it. She's had it displayed on our entertainment center since Christmas, so I guess she...

Nice frame, but a little difficult to upload pictures

I really like how the frame looks, it not quite as modern looking as many of the digital frames, and the picture quality is also pretty good. We did have some difficulty loading pictures from the computer to the frame, but I am not sure if that was a...

JPGs need to be saved as lossless

If you're reading this and are having trouble getting your frame to display your images, the photo files must to be "baseline (lossless) RGB jpg files". It took us 10 hours to figure this out -- some of our images displayed and some didn't, and we...
