This product turns on when plugged in to a computer but all it says is updating... I also could not get any of the software to work right. The pictures have to be resized and I don't understand how I do that. Waste of time and money!

This viewer is a nice idea, but the "software" that "comes with it" (i.e. you have to search online to get the supposed software to get pictures to the viewer) is totally buggy and broken, Complete waste of money.
