Not worth it

In NewEgg's defense, they have attempted to help, and had already replaced the unit once. I will buy from NewEgg again, but will NEVER buy a Viewsonic product again.

I initially thought the price was a pro, now I realize that maybe there was a reason for the good price. No Pros here

First unit was defective - loud buzz after being plugged in for a few hours

Don't Do It!

Go with a kodak or sony for photo frames

I would not buy again. The power switch is a real bear to turn on. You might have to try at least 20 times for the thing to boot up. One thing I discovered is when I turn the unit on I can hear a click, like a relay turning on, and if you hit the power...

Not worth the money or time

Do not buy!! Not worth the money!!

Great picture quality. I purchase because of the wide screen

The qualtiy and the design is really poor. The on/off switch is absoulutely terrible. It might take you at least 20 times to get this thing to turn on. One thing I learned was when you heard the relay click after turning on, you hit the on button again...

Disappointed

The frame itself looks nice

Won't power up. Unit was a Xmas gift for an east coast relative. Now having to get it sent back to me so I can return/replace it. Should have spent a few more bucks on a better product

On/Off button I learned you just have to hit 1 time without holding down to turn off or on. Was initially frustrated thinking I had to hold it down but it was fine with a quick click.

Worked right of the box. No issues as others stated. Pictures look great so far. Haven't messed with the sound and video yet but its for my wife so probably never will get that use

Works great until it buzzes

With all the complaints received on this product, I'm not sure why it continues to be sold. Viewsonic should probably stick to making monitors since they suck at making digital photo frames.

One of the highest resolution 10" digital photo frame in the market for a great price

Makes annoying buzzing sound after awhile and should never be tolerated no matter how good a value this product is

I purchased this as a last minute Christmas gift. I read some of the other reviews here, but figured that these problems people were having were probably rare or flukes.

The picture quality is good

I have experienced all of the problems that other reviewers here have mentioned ; Makes an annoying buzzing noise after running for a while. The noise intensity varies with the brightness adjustment, so I believe this is a flaw in the inverter circuit...
