Simple, easy to use. Intuitive features. A dummy could operate the thing (I do!) It has a satisfying sound for the shutter, the weight if good. The VR lens is an absolute with this...and it's awesome
Button for Auto / Manual switch is in a strange place. No auto compensation for Exposure (like Canon) for HDR. Old Nikon lenses fit, but do not meter. These are all very minor things
