Features are good, copy from VHS to DVD is easy. The Software controling the making of DVD's compatible with other players is not repeatable from one session to the next. Like the functions and the quality for the price.

Recorded DVDs have played on various other DVD players. Very easy to use. Only had 3 out of over 200 DVDs that couldn't record on. More of a DVD issue than a player issue, I think.

Video on the VHS tapes quit working after less than 2 months. Have contacted Panasonic and still awaiting their reply. Wouldn't record some home movies. They are not copyrighted so I'm not sure what the deal is.
