Tivo's 30min - 1hour hold times are lame. You have problems be prepared to stay on hold. There customer service reps are poor and there phone service that you have to talk to is ... too much to even say.

The humax is good quality, same as buying the Tivo brand.  As with the other tivos it is fabulous.  Don't get burned by cable dvrs.  THe ability to network across multiple tivos makes everything possible.  Definitely recommend....unless you have...
