We had been using a Panasonic DVR for several years. When new, the recorder was great, including the VCR-DVD portion which I used to convert old VHS home movies. However it soon became a pain because it would freeze-up and required constant rebooting....

Read the one star reviews for this product. I bought this unit & it was DOA. Support is awful. The reps no nothing about the products. My rep had me jumping through hoops only to discover after over 30 min. she was using a manual for another product....
