Straight out of the Box and Not working!

Straight out of the box, I could NOT open the DVD tray! So after several \ntries, I called for the proper paper work to mail it back! Had a hard time finding an UPS location that would accept it for the FREE shipping! \nNow, I'll wait for it's return! \n

I also wish there was one with NO STARS

Had no problem hooking the unit up with my satelite receiver or the TV. But right off the remote would not work and like the manual stated, I replaced the batteries three times, still no luck. So, right away I sent a e=mail to Panasonic for help. ...

I WISH THEY HAD NO STARS TO RATE!

I bought one of these Brand New in January 2005. Catagory was changed to begin with remanufactured, so all of the original ratings are no longer listed. I feel bad anyone considering this unit can't read those. When I first rated it I gave it 2 stars....

A machine that makes excellent copies,and is easy to use..

When you buy a refurbished unit,you never know what you are getting...Sometimes returned or damaged units are repacked,and sent off to the next customer...At times a product is damaged in shipping,hence a unit is received doa,with broken parts,thanks...
