Okay machine, seriously poor service

I saved up my money to get a decent DVD Recorder. I found mine at one of those membership type stores. I was thrilled. I have a huge project to do and the dvd recorded is integral ! I really loved the machine!I burned a grand total of 5 dvds. Within ...

Nice machine, but it only worked for a week.

POOR SUPPORT/Service. Try to get a refund at the store first!
