Simple and cheap

 

The BDX2200 is a low-end Blu-Ray player from Toshiba's 2011 model line. It's fairly simple and cheaply-made, but it has a few features that raise it above entry level, including support for some web services and a built-in SD card reader. It's still...

Includes some basic web services like Netflix, can play video files from USB/SD card

Can't play files from local network, web services can't be extended, slow to load Blu-Rays

Worthwhile if you find one on sale cheap, but you can get significantly more capability and speed for just a little more money.
