Started out great; issues now, though still ok overall.

I got this unit for Christmas in 2007. So it's been almost 2 years of use. Overall, I'll say my experience is "satisfactory." About 2 months ago, the remote stopped working. Changed batteries, reset, etc. It simply will NOT make a connection some days....

Great picture quality etc, but takes forever to turn on and off

I've been using this for a few years. The DVD recording feature is something I thought I would use a lot, but it turns out I have not used it much at all. You can record from DVR in real time if there is something you really want to save - but this...

Skip This, DVD is BAD

This is almost a perfect machine that has all the speeds I've needed in recording my own media. The only thing I don't like about this machine is that, even though I've bought it brand new, there's still some defect in the audio of some of the...

It Broke

I bought this player/recorder 11 months ago, and now I have to get a new one because it no longer works. I got it because it was the cheapest recorder I could find, and I guess you get what you pay for. After a few months it wouldn't record new discs,...
