Overall, Happy with Purchase

"We chose this product to replace a previous AEG machine and are pleased that it has a lower water consumption than many of the other models on the market. Finding out how to use the dishwasher was a little difficult as there were minimal instructions....

Just short of perfect

"Very dissapointed that no paper instructions was received with my machine although information was available online (not everybody has internet)a get started leaflet is required, the cutlery basket lid is unuseable for thick handle knife and forks."

Good for integrating in kitchen unit

I replaced a 25-year old Hotpoint dishwasher with this AEG model and was expecting a bit up-market . It seems very ordinary, not particularly easy to load, and the build quality feels cheap. So far it's worked OK but it's nothing special.

I rinse under the tap before use and only ever use the 30 min cycle. Dishes come out spotless and dry. I never use long cycles.

I found it difficult to deactivate the water softener and rinse aid, and activate the program end signal. I had to get my son to do this for me. Not as easy to load as our old machine, otherwise no other bad points.
