Some would say the external design of the appliance is a little old fashioned; for me, it is not how it looks that is important but whether it does the job and does the job well - which it does

Easy to load. Very quite. Delay timer. Excellent cutlery tray, much better that a basket. Excellent cleaning results

Cycles are very long, (as are their washing machines) so I mainly use it overnight on economy 7

The turbo boost does reduce the drying time considerably

The cutlery tray cannot be removed. I would prefer to be able to take the tray across to the drawer and unload in one go rather that walking back and forwards

Does what it says it will do, and does it well

excellent proformance, very very quiet, good value for money

intallation can be a little trickey due to the big plastic box on the water inlet pipe

Cutlery tray, although a bit fiddly to load, leaves more space in the lower tray and is a joy to unload. Almost silent in operation. Free five-year warrantee (special offer at time of purchase). Very easy to operate

Some wash times are a bit long and drying is not brilliant. Seems heavy on the rinse aid, but this is adjustable. Buttons are a little flimsy
