Way too pricey for way too little.

Nifty control panel and sleek overall design., Several customization options

Sub-par performance on all cycles., Doesn’t have a quick wash

At an MSRP of $1099, the GE Profile PDWT280VSS is anything but cheap. This may not be much of an issue for some homeowners, but don’t be fooled: There’s no better example of why price shouldn’t be gauged as a measure of quality.

Too expensive, poor cleaning

 

Not worth the money. Don't be tempted by the GE rebates, there are better dishwashers available. Wish we had kept our Whirlpool.

too expensive to list pros

Have to pre-wash dishes before putting in the diswasher in order for the dishes to come out clean. Can't load cereal bowls on their sides next to each other like plates - have to load them face down without any overlap

Does a great job! Amazingly quiet.

 

I've now had this dishwasher installed for about 2 months, and feel like I can review it from knowledge of actually using it. Its predecessor was a 1999 GE dishwasher, that had really stopped cleaning anything at least a year ago, and was pretty noisy....
