The product does not dry the items. We have had an engineer out who said that it is because we are not putting the clothes in direct from the washer. We tried this and it has made no difference. So I contacted them again and they said try putting more...

Very pleased, good size drum with large door opening. V easy to use , fluff filter v easy to access and remove ; Quiet. Sited in garage and Bosch better for outhouse conditions

Thought hose would be thicker material but it may not prove to be be necessary ; Although door is a good size- v minor point - I cant put my washing basket under the door when emptying it and then open the door - guess I need a different size laundry...

Drying times are very quick

No internal light, which our last Bosch model had
