Broke after 9 days with even worse customer service!

 

I would NEVER PURCHASE A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE again and strongly urge you to do the same.

What a piece of junk. After 9 days the drying sensor failed and allowed the dryer to keep running for 30 minutes beyond the time a load of towels were bone dry. Samsung's lousy customer service not only hung up on me twice within 20 minutes but told me
