It's really quiet and reminds you that the cycle has finished with intermittent turns in alternate directions so the clothes don't crease

Access to the water reservoir is awkward, as you fittest need to remove the plastic grill/facia which I expect over time will break with repeated use

This dryer is excellent but there are a few little points which made me give it an eight.

The door is very hard to open. Very stiff indeed. When you press the on button it does not seem to come on. Then it does. Nothing too bad really
