The reversing action of the drum is very good and my washing seems to dry much quicker than other models I have purchased in the past ; We have not had any operating issues with this appliance

Considering that this is one of the cheapest models on the market its performance is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this model, and have just purchased another for my daughter.

Screw missing on door hinge. Prevented door shutting properly - do they do any quality control checks ; Indesit service department difficult to deal with. Redirected calls, ignored faxes, promised to send screw and didn't, wanted to send service...

Good old Comet. Machine does the job, but would not buy Indesit again.
