First 5 months were great - then the problems began

 

Refer to my review of the LG steam washer for the frustrating experience trying to get a service call or any kind of service on the two machines which are still under warranty. My previous dryer was a Whirlpool and in 23 years of service to my family...

Good choice on combinations for various cycles, steam feature good for removing wrinkles, odors, etc from items that cannot be washed, has drying rack for sweaters, shoes, things that should not tumble

Broke down after only 5 months - drum became noise - clunking as it turned and the clothes would require additional cycles to get fully dry
