Two weeks after the one-year warranty was up, this machine broke down. Samsung refused to help. Almost no one in the large city where I live could fix it and when I finally found someone who could, the parts could not be obtained. I waited six weeks...

Best purchase I made

 

"A best buy salesman recomeded the washer and dryer and I am very happy with my purchase as of today I have not had any problems with my purchase. Very quiet very easy to operate, leaves clothes very clean. I am very happy with my purchase at Best Buy!"
