Terrible

Whirlpool was not a good choice and will never buy anything Whirlpool again. Very disappointed to spend so much and it only lasts 3yrs.

Dries Well

Control Board just seized after 3 years and would cost $500 to fix. Paid $700. Whirlpool and service agents give bad after sale service.

very gentle

takes two rounds to dry wet sheets & towels. Keeps drying when on anti-crease mode and can't turn it off

Excellent

Best tumble dryer I've ever owned. Clothes only do not dry properly if loaded in a knot. Just load it and leave it. Large capacity space.

Load and leave.

Has anti-crease program

Takes around 2 hours (often more) to dry one load of washing! Often says the clothes are dry, when they're not. (I've had another auto-sense machine before, tha never did this). You can't turn the anti-crease mode off, so if you go out for a long time,...

Whirlpool AW 3413

Easy to program fluff filter is very good, much better than the old one

On auto sensor programs does not get the clothes quite dry, they tend to need another 20 minutes or so. Started off very quiet - much quieter than old one but is now quite as noisy as the old one was
