Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

Once again the Marvel Universe comes alive in a video game. With a wide variety of super-heroes for you to choose from, it's likely at least some of your favorites have made the cut. More importantly, is this a great Marvel game, good enough even for...

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

Marvel Ultimate Alliance, released back in 2007, was the first game that successfully combined a large number of Marvel superheroes into one co-op adventure. Although it was far from perfect, it had a surprising amount of depth, and the combinations of...

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

When I got my Wii, one of the first games I got was Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and it was good. Though the RPG label frightened me a bit (that's a genre I simply can't get into) it was a blast to play, because the RPG elements were subtly integrated...

While I enjoyed playing this game, it simply flew by (I completed my first run in just over seven hours,) and the teases of characters who make appearances but aren't playable were disappointing. It's probably time for the Marvel action RPG concept to...

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2

I've always had a bit of a love/hate relationship with the X-Men Legends/Marvel: Ultimate Alliance series. See, I'm a gigantic comic book nerd - and the thought of teaming up any heroes I want is like a fanboy dream come true but I've never really...

Rounding out this incredible cheating experience, is Cheat Happens exclusive trainer for the Wii version. In this trainer, you'll get everything from unlimited fusion powers, health and energy to the ability to stop time and even one-hit kills. The...

It's a shame it's more of the same, but at least they fixed the damn bugs. I'll eventually pick it up, but it looks like it might be something I get early 2010

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (Xbox 360)

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 - Review

The Marvel universe, and all the characters involved, has become a mass-market subject for both moviemakers and game designers over the past five years. When the original Marvel Ultimate Alliance was released onto the public it made waves with both...

All that being said fans that are looking for a factual replica of the Civil War storyline will come away disappointed, obviously liberties had to be taken to create an entertainment experience and not just a comic book. Even so we had a great time...

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 review

Super hero games have come back with a vengeance. Earlier this year saw the release of several solid titles, from Activision's own X-Men Origins: Wolverine to Batman: Arkham Asylum. Given these successes, as well as the moderate success of the...

While the game certainly could have used more variety in gameplay, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is still a fairly entertaining game to play in small doses. The voice acting and cut scenes are bad, but on the plus side, the game does support 4 player...
