Like another reviewer, I expected a lot more from this. This is basically the book with a few extras thrown in as a nod to the DS format. The games are neither interesting nor challenging, and the so-called 'freedom meter' is an insult to intelligence....

OMG, where to start?!?! I think this has changed my life for good, i have been off the cancer sticks, as the game affectionately calls them, for 3 months, and i haven't had a craving in 2 months. Would recommend this to anyone in desperate need :)

I got this hoping it would help at least a little to get my mind focussed. It didn't. The mini-games are just annoying and pointless and the advise would be much better got from a book or tape. Do yourself a favour and just buy the book.
