Not as rewarding as PC version

Not as rewarding as PC version

I've always loved the PC versions of this game and thought i'd give this a go as i have a DS that normally just collects dust and i thought i'd try to get some use out of it with a game that i love. I think the biggest problem with this game for me,...

Civilizationtastical!?

Much better small version of this enjoyable game. Only problem is that just once you start you cannot stop until all your enemies are defeated and you need to keep going until then! Very engrossing.

Civilization Revolution

This game goes back to the basics from some of the more finicky excesses of recent versions. It is enjoyable to play because of that.

For Civ Fans on the move

Just to make all those other Civ fans out there aware, this game is a minature version of the PC classic so do not expect the same depth and huge worlds you would find on the PC. The version is similar to the console version but obviously it doesn't...

Best Civilization since the original

I previously played the original Civilization (in DosBox) up to this year prior to getting Civ Rev. I have found it to be reasonably deep without taking a month+ for each game. Can take from 2 hours to one week depending upon difficulty level without...

Civ lite

Civ lite

Having played full Civs on various formats for 15 years, I've got to say this is one of my favourites. For me Civ has been getting too laborious and lacks the immediacy of the original. Civ Revolutions is probaly closest to the original Civ 1 in many...

Civilization

This is a fantastic game on the DS. The graphics are good and the game play is easy to understand. With two game cards downloading with a friend is a lot of fun, form an alliance or annihilate them straight away. Highly recommended.
