You Don't Know Jack

The last time You Don't Know Jack landed on a video game console was back in the 1990s with the Sony PlayStation version and its sequels. Fast-forward more than a decade and YDKJ is poking its bald, pop-eyed and bushy eyebrowed head out again. As if to...

Fun trivia game ; Can’t get enough sarcasm in, and as fitting commentary against, an increasingly paranoid, politically correct world

A 2 player limit…but only if you’re really close (and trust each other not to cheat!) ; No Wi-Fi option ; Why can’t we skip the interstitials ; Why couldn’t Jellyvision spend more than 3½ minutes creating said interstitials, if we’re to be forced to...

You Don’t Know Jack shows that a good, snide party game can weather the test of time. What a good party game can’t survive is being shoehorned into a format specifically designed for solo play (albeit forced uncomfortably into something approximating a...

You Don't Know Jack Review

You Don't Know Jack was an awesome trivia game back in the '90s, but does the 2011 version rock?

You Don't Know Jack has the stuff that makes a great trivia game -- funny dialogue, an entertaining presentation and good questions -- but it doesn't come together. There isn't a ton to do, multiplayer is lame, and I don't want to play a quiz game alone.

Somewhat limited replay value ; No online play ; Individual episodes are quite short

I played the older PC games in the late 90's - still have them, in fact - and I get the feeling I would miss the randomization of the questions. The Wii version is slightly less than the games I have but it would run out of steam pretty quickly in a...

You Don't Know Jack (PS3) Review

Jellyvision revives their hilarious trivia game series and it's just as entertaining as it ever was.

During the late 90's, You Don't Know Jack hit its stride on the PC with its brand of off-beat and funny trivia questions you could not find elsewhere. Releases eventually tapered off into a lengthy hiatus that lasted for years but Jellyvision has...

You Don’t Know Jack

The trivia-with-attitude game a makes a triumphant return.

One downside of a console-based Jack is the lack of a keyboard, which restricts the variety by forcing multiple-choice questions. Other changes are for the better. Instead of lockout buzzers, the game now allows all players to choose an answer,...
