One of the best!

Very versatile.

Not a changer. Remote is a bit awkward.

Very versatile "secondary" player

3 disc changer, easy to use, inexpensive, plays everything.

Looks cheap, bulky, noisy mechanism.

Great DVD Player for Minimal Cost

This would be my second Apex DVD Player purchase. My first was the AD-1200 Model, of which i have sold.

This player is all Pros! Can't get much better than this.

only con i can think of is that its not one of the popular brands

Plays everything, great price

I bought this primarily to play my own SVCD home movies (SVCD = Super Video CD - these are movies that can be burned onto a standard CD-R using a lower quality compression algorithm than traditional DVD. If you're interested, see www.vcdhelp.com).

Supported formats: MP3 audio, CD audio, MPEG Photo, VCD, SVCD and DVD video

First one died, slow to change discs - ignores disk change commands during INIT

A decent disposable dvd player.

The Apex AD-5131 player was my first true dvd player, having

Alot of extras for a player in this price range!

That which seems too good to be true...

Apex 5131

I own TWO apex dvd players and have no problems with either one. I actually wanted something that held more than one disk, and for the price it was worth the gamble to buy. Im glad I did because i sure won on this deal!!!

Great quality, basic features, optical out, svideo out, etc

The remote is hard to navigate and it doesnt work well.
