The header says it all but it works well and was priced right!

Did come with good software but the burner work great. i use dvd decretp on blu ray works good to make back ups. would buy anothet one if i ever dies.

Purchased when on sale for $90, so worth waiting for the sales. Need to order a SATA cable as one is not included. ASUS does not provide any Blu Ray burning software for Ubuntu 12.04, so it's back to the command line for that OS anyways.

Worked perfectly, so far, out of the box.

Very good, I use it everyday and Blu Ray DVD recording and has not failed.

Easy hook-up; worked perfectly right away. Does what I had hoped. Very satisfied.

We're not big quantity users so take this for what it's worth. The drive performed as advertised, what more is there to say?

installation was easy and had it up and running in no time. will see how it pans out in the long run when i need to burn different formats

No complaints... I didn't even install the firmware update or anything else. Plug and play. Dependable brand. Dependable vendor. Great product.Make sure you have a spare sata cable to connect this unit to your motherboard since it does not come with it.
