Absolutely crap! The greeting message when I switch the player on is "HELL" instead of "HELLO". DVD doesn't read properly and sound doesn't work for most of the movies. The player makes unpleasant big noise when read the disc. Graphics is also rubbish....

It's good value if you know about the audio

I had the same problem with not being able to hear people talk, did some research online and discovered you have to go into the DVD player menu, go to audio and change the surround sound options to OFF. Fixed the problem.
