DVD Player is good, internet access not!

Ok... as a DVD Player it works just fine but its supposed to connect to my home wifi to provide internet access but it has not happened yet. I've connected multiple appliance to wifi in the past and never found one to be so difficult. Perhaps, if I...

Don't but it

This device's wifi is awful. It could not keep a Netflix movie going even in my house with a great signal and very fast broadband. I returned this and got a roku for $80. My Roku is awesome and It never even lags in the same spot.

Great in concept

Poor wifi connectivity, poor user interface

excellent blu ray

The blu ray was easy to setup and the wireless worked great. Was up and working in less than 20 minutes. Gave us the opportunity to use Netflix and other internet apps in the bedroom. Thanks.

Lives down to its reviews

I should have read the reviews. I too found the wifi problematic. Even when I plugged in hardwire ethernet, the web apps were verrrry slow and intermittent. Sure it would play a BluRay disc....eventually. But I wanted the NetFlix etc. to work and it...

Good DVD Player for the price

Little slow on start up however not a really big issue. We have a 46" Sharp LCD and the two work well together.

The LCD TV and Sharp DVD player pair nicely together

Slow start up

Do Not Buy

I Have 3 blue ray players in my home, 2 Sony, and one LG. This is by far the worst purchase we have made. Don't let the price fool you, this device is not worth a second look. The set up was ok after you insert the disc and go through the manual;...

Shame on me for not reading the reviews before I bought this device, the WIFI setup is complicated and in the end does not work well. I must admit this is the feature I wanted the most out of, all players play DVDs but I wanted the WIFI ability and...

4 hours of my life that I will never get back

Buy the Sony for the same price. It is simple to set up, the quality is awesome, and you will be happier in your selection.

Form factor, low profile

Good product

It is a good product. However, there were inadequate instructions on setting up the wireless connection. I was able to get it after a while. It was not nearly as easy as my Toshiba

Good Quality

Poor instructional material
