Bought this product as a gift for my mum from Richer Sounds and after 8 months of light use it's broke, it won't play DVDs, contacted Richer sounds by e-mail and have yet to recieve a reply!

i just wanted a simple cost effective DVD player and that's what this is. on the plus side it's really small and inexpensive on the min side it takes a bit too long to start playing a DVD. but i can live with that
